Man, it's been a long time since we've seen these two envious pricks, huh? So basically, the context is that Turbo was messing with Vanellope, so Ralph stepped in to defend her. The pompous racer actually tried to take him on for once, but obviously lost and was left in the cold.
And then, Prescott finds him in the middle of the rain. Nothing too big, I just wanted to draw these two not hating each other or something
Do enjoy, even if the puddles don't look so great.
