For those who need help on iaza, here are the steps to help you.
All I do is use paint and draw from clip to clip. Then, on iaza...

-One clip has to be saved as a name you know you'll obviously remember (I name my first clips "1" or "a" all the time), and then...

-I "save as" on the second clip as "2" or "B" (so you'd know which order they go to), and then so on.

-After I'm finished with all the clips, I go to iaza.com and click on "Load Image".

-After that I click on "choose file".

-Obviously, I browse through my files, and ALWAYS choose the FIRST clip!!

-After that, below the picture, you'll see three rows of categories that you can do for you clip. But, to animate, you must choose the third row "create", and under that, you should find "frame animation" somewhere.

-When that happens, you'll see a bunch of buttons that tell you to choose files.

-The first one you choose must ALWAYS be the second clip you saved.

-Then do the third clip.

-And if you have more, just keep going.

-Or, AFTER THE THIRD clip, if you want your picture to repeat its animation or something (for example, if you're making someone's hair blow or waggle tail, etc.), then choose second clip.

-WARNING!! If the picture is too big and there's too many clips, the animation WON'T WORK!!

-After all that, browse all the way at the bottom. You'll see three rows of choices you could do for your animation, "Animation Speed", "Animation Loop Count", and if you want all your clips to be the same size (leave it checked, it's already done for you).

-On "Animation Speed", the fastest will be 1/100 second, and the slowest one will be 3 second. It's your choice on how fast you want it to be.

-Then on "Animation Loop Count", you must ALWAYS use "Infinite (Run Forever)".

-Then click on "Modify Animation".

-If you're animation doesn't work out the way you wanted to be (like the speed or the wrong clips), you can just go back and repeat the process.

-When you're animation IS finished, you can play around with it by clicking on many things under the four rows.

I hope I explained as clearly as it should be, but you'll get the hang of it, it'll be fun!
